I would like to say I was surprised that the video below of me doing a demonstration of tying a box-tie (takate-kote) was deleted from YouTube but nothing surprises me when it comes to their double standards.
Esinem en Fetterati from Toni Chaptom on Vimeo.
In spite of not even a kiss and clothing that would have been decent in church, it was removed for “nudity or sexual content”! I even edited out the last few seconds to play safe as I suspected that the tit squeezing at the end might be a little too racy for them. Feel free to express your disgust at their hypocrisy by contacting them and protesting that this video was removed: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=75Bjq6WL51A I’m not optimistic but I believe it worked when Two Knotty Boys got banned. We need to fight to keep educational bondage resources available. Typically, there is no way to email them so it’s back to old fashioned methods I’m afraid, unless anyone can come up with an email address that works. I found service@youtube.com but it bounces.

There’s more flesh and body contact in the Argentine Tango week!
I have to say that I’m baffled by their standards. For example, with 1,524,892 views, simulated sex with Angelina Jolie is fine…not that I have a problem with that, obviously 🙂 On what scale does my video contain “nudity or sexual content” and that not?! Perhaps it is a back-handed compliment to my style? Are they saying that my tying is more sexual than either of those two videos? Are we too sexy for our rope? I do hope so 🙂 Of course, I could cite all manner of examples and some far less savoury. No doubt there are delighted paedos all over the world wanking themselves blind over jailbait gyrating in front of their web cams in dental floss size thongs courtesy of YouTube. Is bondage more objectiobale than this video of the the United Nations Coalition ‘shooting fish in a barrel’ on the Highway of Death on which retreating units of the Iraqi army as well as Iraqi civilians were attacked and destroyed by American aircraft and ground forces in the Gulf War? Now that’s what I call obscene!
At the end of the day, it’s their party and they can make the rules but what infuriates me is that there seem to be neither consistent guidelines that one can follow nor means of appeal against apparently arbitrary decisions. Perhaps if a few of use can be bothered to email in a complaint, there is some chance of changing things. If we don’t do anything, I guarantee nothing will change.
