SkinnyRedhead mentioned they are holding some workshops in Edinburgh. So I thought I’d take this chance to let people know about them, especially about the one for rope bottoms that she’s running. I think it is very important for bottoms to educate themselves. Clover has done a great job further south but the word needs spreading since staying safe is not just in the hands of the rigger. We need you to be prepared and to be able to give us the feedback we rely upon to look after you.
“Hey Folks!
I would like to ask if you are interested in workshops for rope bottoms/models/bunnies?
It would be meeting once a month, or once in two months for people which like to be tied up or would like to be tied up.
I am going to share all my knowledge about the rope bondage from rope bottom perspective. Show and teach how to stay safe in private play, on the stage, in suspension or floor work. How to choose the rigger, and what to be aware of.
During our meeting we will learn:
- How to stretch our body for particular rope play
- What to eat, if we should eat, how much to eat, what to drink what do not drink etc. before the rope play
- How to check references about the rigger before we choose one to play with
- How to recognize if something is not ok while we are tied up (physical symptoms, emotional statement etc.)
- First Aid
- After care
and who knows what else! 😉
Please let me know if you are interested.
This workshops is going to be for free, no charge for classes.
We all want to be safe and have only good experiences of bondage 😉
Cheers!
Skinny”
