The bad news is that this only applies to the NTSC version, which is the format used in the USA, Canada and some other countries. Of course, this won’t matter if you have a multi-region DVD player or plan to play it on your PC. In fact, the only devices that might have problems are older non-US compatible DVD players that are not multi-region or that only play PAL for any other reason.
