My apologies for the lack of web site updates over the past few weeks, we have had a lot going on. Not least of that being the last BOUND of the year which meant a house full of visitors for the best part of a week.
The videos of November’s BOUND are done and some are already uploaded with more to come. Nina has been learning to edit and I have to say she’s picking it up very quickly. Each time, I have to make less and less re-edits. I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised. Of course, we had to end the year with a bang so there are some stunning kinbaku shows. Here’s my edit of Skinny Redhead’s show, her longer edit and other BOUND video’s are in the members area:
We are working on preparing the shibari suspension techniques course but it is not as easy as it might seem as there is so much ground to cover in order to do justice to the subject. We are having to take a step back to try to view it with a beginner’s eyes since it is so easy to assume knowledge when something has become so second nature. For example, hardware. What’s the difference between tying on a ring, carabiners or bamboo? What’s the difference in using one type of ring or another? What almost guarantees a jam when using carabiners? What mistakes can be made buying hardware? For example, synthetic rings: Smart buy or disaster?
Tim Woodward of Skin Two was here a couple of weeks back to shoot an interview with Nina and I for this new fetish internet TV channel, KFS TV. As his videographer was at BOUND, some of November’s performances will make up part of our episode. Here’s a little about his new venture:
Judging by what I have seen of the episodes already shot and what I know of Tim, this channel will be well worth watching and provide a very kink positive view.
Apart from the usual day to day running of my business, I have also been extremely busy completely remodelling a flat I purchased a few months ago and helping my daughter with hers in spare moments. Unused as I am to physical labour these days, I tend to have limited energy resources at the end of the day so am more than likely to collapse onto the sofa with the Simpsons or other similarly demanding entertainment. Anyway, over the next couple of days I shall redirect my attention…
