I’m reposting this on behalf of my re-sellers, Jakara-Rope:

They say that imitation is a form of flattery, but we are far from flattered. In fact, we are utterly outraged.
A year ago, we discovered that a certain unscrupulous company was claiming to sell our products on Amazon. After many months arguing with Amazon for assistance, and the threat of legal action against the company concerned, they took the listings down. We have no idea how many loyal Jakara-Rope customers were sold shoddy, sub-standard ropes as a consequence of Amazon’s intransigence.
Today we discovered that the same company has done it again, and has been doing so for about a month. We’ve again alerted Amazon HQ for assistance, and have contacted the company director to warn them of legal action in 14 days if they do not desist, but we don’t imagine they will take much notice.
Please spread the word that there are fake Jakara-Ropes being sold on Amazon, and if you do buy from Amazon, be sure to check the seller listed in the buy box to ensure you’re getting your ropes from us, and not some other rope which may not be fit for purpose.
We are devastated that someone would try and trick our loyal customers into buying their ropes instead of ours, and we are similarly impacted by the loss to our livelihood.
As always the best and cheapest place to buy our ropes is our website www.jakara-rope.co.uk.
Thank you, dear customers and supporters.

I have a similar experience where my trade name is being used by other suppliers as a key word to promote their listings. For example, Douglas Kent is using it here off trade off my reputation: http://www.amazon.com/Complete-Shibari-Paperback-Douglas-Kent/dp/B00BVKRLAU/ref=sr_1_16?ie=UTF8&qid=1442433671&sr=8-16&keywords=esinem
