We now have rope of all colours in stock at ESINEM-Rope! Red, orange, forest green, neon green, fuchsia, yellow, turquoise, blue, variegated with black and teal just added. Purple will be back in stock in a couple of days so rainbow sets will be on sale again shortly.
As the rope is washed as part of the dyeing process, it can be used as is, without the need to wet treat it, or, even better, oiled and singed off for a perfect feel. As it is single yarn construction, it is already soft and flexible. After dry treating and a little use, it settles down to a true 6mm, an ideal diameter for tying.
We also have super soft and silky bamboo rope, if you fancy something a little different. You don’t need to do anything with it before use. At the moment, we offer this dyed in multi-colours.
Update, 22 July: All jute and hemp rope back in stock!
Good news: All jute and hemp rope is back in stock at ESINEM-Rope. We had 1.76 tonnes delivered today, which is 45km (45,000m) or, for the metrically challenged, around 29 miles (over 49,000 yards)!
Our newest product, Clara Premium, will be here very soon as it is in the country awaiting customs clearance. This rope is destined to relegate the best Japanese asanawa to the second division due to the high fibre quality and unique construction.
Each of the three strands has 7 sub-plies/strands, each of 5 yarns twisted together, making it incredibly fine. The reason for this construction is to create a super flexible, smooth, loose laid rope that is also durable and forgiving of rough handling, With this rope, you’ll get the best of both worlds, long life and optimum feel and handling.
It’s sweet smelling due to eco-friendly production methods and wet treating is entirely pointless as it is perfect right off the reel.
