3-rope takate kote class, Sat 7 April

I am running a class for those who need to be brought up to standard or wish to learn the 3-rope takate kote. Students will require a basic understanding of authentic techniques, i.e. as taught by Kinoko Hajime, Osada Steve etc.

A solid understanding of the takate-kote (aka gote, aka box tie) is the basis for safe and sound ties, and forms the most important building block in suspension work within the shibari system in general and Osada-ryu in particular.

The Osada-ryu 3-rope takatekote (長田流高手小手) is extremely powerful and includes numerous elements that will help develop overall skills. This very complex tie consists of 61 micro units.

The course on Saturday 7 April will consist of 5 hours tuition, plus breaks.
