You can purchase membership via this page but the process is not entirely automated. It might take around 24 hours to be granted full access as your payment first needs to be confirmed and then your membership upgraded manually.

Instructions:

If you are not a Free Member, go to the Join page and sign up as a Free Member. Then, choose your subscription below.

If you are already a Free Member, choose your subscription below.

In either case, once your subscription has been successfully charged, your Free Membership will be upgraded accordingly.
